Our inspector Tim did an excellent job and was very friendly and helpful. There was some issues when the inspection happened with the sellers scheduling an estate sale the same day as the inspection. He was very patient and worked around the extra traffic that was going on in the house at the time.

Rick was great! Very insightful and did a great job inspecting. I appreciate his help today. Hope to do business again with him soon.

Brian was totally professional and helpful during the inspection. He took time to answer all of my questions and offered follow up at a later date if I have further questions or requests. I felt like I was in good hands with Brian and am confident moving forward in my new home.

En-Vision Property Inspections has not only lived up to their reputation but surpassed what I expected. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the inspector and his keen eye for any current issues of concern as well as possible future issues and recommended maintenance after moving in. The report was extremely detailed and provided the insight and knowledge of the home that would have otherwise been missed by me. If possible I would give a higher rating but was limited to 5 stars. Rick took the time to explain each thing that he came across and why it was or wasn’t in urgent need of fixing. By the time I got home the inspection report, including photos and full descriptions, was in my inbox! Talk about fast! Hello my name is Scott Hoskins I had a property inspected on 6/22/2018 in Saint Clair Shores MI 48080 by En-Vision Property Inspections’s.The inspectors name was Rick Walker, his overall inspection report made me aware of the property condition and it identified Significant problems and minor defects .Rick was just great to be around, I think others can benefit from Rick on how to do a home inspection. Because he did truly exceed my expectations. I was impressed by the clarity in process done at the home inspection, and Rick’s commitment to safety I do not know how to point out my appreciation for what Rick did to me and telling me about the safety of that home and other safety tips in the home .
