Brian was very thorough with our inspection of a new build in Macomb Twp. He covered the entire house, inside and out, he inspected all of the electrical line to insure the builder had not accidentally put staples through them. He checked the insulation, offered suggests and found the I beam in the basement was not shimmed correctly. He is very detail oriented and has the report to me within an hour of completion.
