Fast friendly service. The appraiser came at the scheduled time, looked at my house and took pictures. He sent the appraisal by email within days as promised.

From the very first call and throughout the entire engagement, Empire was both very professional and neighbor like friendly. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and when Adam arrived, unlike many appraisers who just want to rush thru the process, he took the time to really understand the property and was very thorough in highlighting all of the houses upgrades and features. They also delivered the report in a timely manner and when promised. I highly recommend them and will be to everyone I know who needs an accurate and well-done appraisal.

Adam Jurik saves the day! On more than one occasion, Adam has delivered a fair and balanced appraisal, when others have not. As a real estate broker working in Newburgh, NY I constantly see how social and racial bias can negatively effect appraised value. Not with Adam! He works with *data* and is mindful and appreciative of both suburban and urban spaces. Hurray! ... and while I hardly ever have a say in which appraisal company a bank will choose, if I did I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam.
