Adam conducted the appraisal at my request to obtain a step-up in the original cost basis for tax purposes on the home I recently inherited due to the death of my beloved mother earlier in 2025. I was very impressed with his cordiality, professionalism and efficiency during the appraisal itself. The subsequent deliverable was quite a remarkable pdf document and very thorough and educational. Any feedback was well received by Adam and Sandra. I certainly would recommend Adam and his illustrious team as a referral.

Scheduling the appointment was very easy. The woman I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. She then would call and send an email with the appointment info or information.
The woman who did the appraisal was nice and explained the process before she started.
Lastly the completed appraisal was finished and emailed to me before the time it was due.

We called Alex the owner on a Saturday evening and he answered our call , first sign he was great . We needed to get an inspection the fellowing day which was a Sunday he did not hesitate to make it happen. He was there as promised and on time . Alex went through the house with a fine tooth and comb.. Alex answered all my questions and was very informative during the inspection process.. I highly recommend them
