Everyone was so helpful. I could ask anyone a question and they would help me. They were super careful with all my stuff. They treated everything with such care. All the workers were extermly nice and friendly. They made sure all my concerns and questions were fully addressed and taken care of. I would highly recommend this company to everyone

I loved Emergency Packout because they treated us like family. Everyone was very nice but also professional and knowledgeable! They took care of our belongings as they packed and unpacked. They listened to concerns and requests and responded with politeness and resolved any concerns. Chris accommodated our request to return a portion of the items earlier than intended which was so appreciated by mom. Armando is always professional, taking care to move boxes and furniture carefully, placing them where they were before and protecting the carpet from getting dirty. Jessica arranged for a small table that had sentimental value to have one of the legs repaired that was damaged in the flooding. We really are thankful! In all, Emergency Packout is a top notch company with super people! THANK YOU! See you when the rest of the items get returned!

They were VERY professional in every aspect at all times. Each employee went out of the way to assist me with any changes I may want if need be, super courteous explaining everything being done every step of the way. The professionalism amongst each other I thought was good also, the way they spoke with each other was very respectful and professional. I was just overly impressed with everything they did from start to finish. Great job guys, the crew you sent out represented the company very well, upper management should be very pleased with the way employees are performing representing the brand! My house flooded with sewage water two months ago and I have never been through the process of filing a homeowners insurance claim. The insurance was hard to deal with, most of the contractors were ok but unfortunately the restoration contractor I chose was a nightmare and did a terrible job putting my house back the way it was. Emergency pack out was the only contractor that did an awesome job, all of there crew was respectful and polite, and there process was very streamlined and efficient. The pack out and pack back went very smooth and both times they had 6-7 crew members at my house. They communicated efficiently with both onsite personnel as well as the office personnel thru email and or phone calls. I so wish all the companies that we've dealt with regarding Flood Restoration were as SUPER DUPER and efficient as Emergency Packout. From the initial evaluation to the day everything was "packed up " and moved..... to moving everything back in, was perfect.
