When I had my flooding in my house, they were quick to pack up all my belongings. But once I received my items back I realized how ridiculously expensive, wasteful and careless there were with my items. They misplaced my drone and carelessly lost my son's first cut that shouldn't been wrapped up but was not. There so many boxes that were not full or 2 were taped together instead using a bigger box, so they could charge more. Luckily my insurance covered these costs but the total cost of packing up my items and storing them for a few months was equivalent to the restoration of my whole house. If it were to happen again, I would definitely not be using this company.

Our story is like many others who are put in this position. A flood forces you out of your home and your left wondering what to do next. Fortunately, for us, we were referred to emergency Pack Out company, and they came through with flying colors! From the very first contact we had with Armando to the very last hand shake from Adam after finishing our complicated move we were blown away with the professionalism and genuine care that was displayed from every employee that we were in contact with.
