When you are 80 years old and suddenly you are faced with the fact of your beloved little condo has suffered a fire it is wonderful to deal with a company like Emergency Packout. From the very beginning the on site crews were amazingly helpful - they even managed to find my terrified cats and get them gently and safely into their carriers.
Armando Velez - the point man was very courteous and patient with me. He and his crew took my "not lost'" possessions carefully packed up to their storage facility.
Recently Armando and Andre Velez sent out a crew to help move a huge number of boxes from a separate storage place. It was a delightful process and they were quick and actually fun to work with. They did a lovely job of stacking the boxes in my garage (even putting the heavy things on the bottom.) I am sure that when I am ready for the rest of my possessions to be brought over from Emergency Packout's storage facility all will be done just as professionally.
No one wants to go through a fire or other disaster but Emergency Packout made it much easier to bear.
