My wife and I could not have been happier with the job that Elite Home Restoration did in putting a new roof on our home! Elite's Mike McKibben was a delight to work with. He made the process as painless and easy as possible, from obtaining insurance coverage due to hail and wind damage, to selecting shingle color, and to coordinating with Dish to have our Dish antenna removed from the roof and reinstalled in coordination with the roofers.

Mike is a very knowledgeable, likable and trustworthy guy. The work crew were all great to meet and did a fantastic job of putting our new roof on in one day, which was impressive given that there are three different levels to the roof. They did a fantastic job of protecting windows, plants, etc. during the job, and cleaning up afterwards. Sometimes after a job is over those who did it don't want to hear from you, but we...

They handled everything from the start. Meeting with insurance adjuster and not missing any damage. Once approve, they started immediately and were done in just a couple days. There was no inconvenience for us at all. I would highly recommend them

While it was a long process due to my insurance company's reluctance to settle my property claim, Elite Home Restoration was there to help fight the fight with my insurance company and the result was more than favorable. Mike McKibben continually provided reassurance, hope and optimism when I was ready to give up. He always answered my questions, and I had many, whenever I asked them. I can't express my gratitude for all that he has done. Not only does he have industry based knowledge, his customer service skills were exceptional. The new roof, siding and gutters that were professionally installed not only transformed my house but increased its value. I would definitely use EHR in the future and would highly recommend them to everyone.

These guys were the best at getting my roof replaced after a hail storm. After an inspection they called my insurance provider and set up a claim. In a matter of weeks I had a beautiful new roof. My neighbors couldn’t believe how much better my home looked after new shingles, gutters and down spouts. TJ was awesome. Very honest and straightforward. Crew did a nice job on the roof, except they they were rough on the property. They broke a piece of stucco. They ruined several small plants, dented a window frame. They alsobent a gutter, and broke a lawn ornament.

Elite Home Restoration replaced my roof, siding, gutters along with various other items after a sever hailstorm in early May of 2018. Upon hiring Elite I informed them of my situation, that my home was pending sale and the closing was just over a month away. The team at Elite worked diligently with both me and my insurance company to get the process started. Workmanship was great, all staff was professional, and communication flowed both ways. Elite helped me navigate through my unique situation and was patient the entire way. I would highly recommend Elite for any project you may have, my experience has been excellent and I would use them again.
