The staff working that night were awesome. They did everything they could to help.

It was a great experience from the fast check-in to the very efficient nurse & radiology tech to the fun, dancing Dr. Shaw. I highly recommend it.

I had the best experience with everyone there from beginning to end!!

Everyone was so helpful with my son when he was sick. They even noticed I had the same symptoms and treated me too. Very thankful they were there to help us!!

My daughter was seen quickly and well-taken care of. The nurse that helped us was superbly friendly and empathetic.

Fast service and knew what treatment to do

I was treated for a minor injury at El Mirage FSED. As a longtime ER nurse, I did not want to be a patient. The staff at El Mirage Medical Center provided a clean, caring, and comfortable environment. Dr. Shah and Serenity RN were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and understanding of my situation.

I got in right away.

This was my third visit to el mirage ER. I’ve been to other nearby ER’s and by far, my spouse and I agree hands down we have received large hospital ER services without the wait time… I ve referred others to ElMirage ER & hands down, they’ve received the same superb service of 1. Medical Professionals are very thorough, 2. they have the expertise to render accurate diagnoses, 3. the medical & technical staff have good bedside manners and last but not least, the administrative team are pleasant & professional. In deed a Gem in the desert… Now, that ain’t a/The Mirage. You will have to use them yourself but this is my experience I’m sharing.

They was no wait time hardly. They were very compassionate . Diagnosed me correctly and got me taken care of and followed up to hope I was feeling better. A awesome medical facility .

Hello i just want to say that these guys are very professional. Very good at what they do. From the second I walked in they made me feel like I was family there's no judgemental looks, no negativity I felt cared for and would recommend this spot to anyone. They got me checked out and ready to go in under 1hr . Places that make u feel at home are hard to find dont let this one pass you by

I like going here when emergencies arise, they are close to my house and they are friendly knowledgeable doctors there along with their staff.

More equipped then your average urgent care. Gave us quick and great service

From the 1st interaction with the receptionist to the entire staff it was absolutely amazing! You don’t always come across an emergency team like this please don’t ever change because you’re all outstanding. The receptionist, my nurse Melissa , my Dr, my xray and ct technician… This hospital and staff are great. Definitely will come back if I ever get sick again.

It was a very good experience and I am very satisfied with my service.

Very clean, and fast! But not the kind of fast where you feel rushed out. Everyone was very kind and attentive, from check in , to triage , the doctor and x ray tech.
