The staff were friendly and attentive. He was seen immediately upon entering their facility. No waiting . Highly recommend.

I came in with back pain so severe I could barely walk and sitting down was just as brutal. They were patient and listened to everything I had to say. They genuinely wanted to help me with my condition. After an exam and x-ray they were able to find treatments to help relieve the pain. I definitely recommend them!

Always fast, efficient and super helpful as well as kind. The staff goes out of their way to help.

What a wonderful place. Extremely clean, and well run. Staff were all great. They stitched my eye up after I took a fall at home. Doctor was excellent and very kind. Hope I don’t have to return but if I need to, this is the place I will go

Dr Shaw and the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They got me taken care of in a timely fashion without any issues.

Came in for a cough. Ended up having pneumonia. Walked in late at night and was seen right away. My nurse was absolutely the sweetest. The X-ray tech/nurse was very kind. The Dr was caring. They figured out my issue and got me hooked up on iv meds all within an hour of showing up. Once I was done, the discharge paperwork came out right away and they sent me on my way with a prescription. I was in and out within 2 hours. Absolutely would recommend this hospital. They’re quick and everyone seems to truly care.

Got seen right away. Nurses and Dr were all so kind and caring. They figured out my problem asap and got me on all the right meds. Would highly recommend this hospital

This is hands down the best ER clinic. They worked with us on the pricing because of our high deductible, but that was just a small part of why they are so amazing. The front desk lady was super welcoming and friendly and the doctor was just amazing. I don't remember his name, but he is also an army reserve doctor. How amazing is that! This place is new, clean, friendly, and comfortable. I hope we never have to go back to an emergency room, but if we do, this is where we will go.

I recommend this emergency room to anyone. Very attended and fast service.

I had a wonderful experience at the El Mirage 24/7 Emergency Room. The check in was quick and the receptionist was very helpful. In the emergency room the entire staff were accommodating and kind. They also had a good sense of humor. I left with everything I needed to know to get better. I’m so thankful we have this great facility in our town.

I love this ER! There's barely any wait any the staff are amazing. Dr. Shah is awesome and he pitches in with the rest of his staff. My son is autistic and never exhibits behaviors at this ER due to the care and compassion. Shout out to Serenity as well. She constantly checked on my son and made sure he was comfortable. Thank you all for always making a stressful situation better.
