I took my daughter to her eye checked out and the doctor and the nurse that helped my daughter out was amazing and helpful

My illness was immediately taken care of, the doctor and nurse are all very nice and very professional..

I had no idea this ER was 8 minutes from my house and I went in because I woke up at midnight with severe ear pain from middle ear infection I got here at like 12:30am and gone and out by 1am they gave me medicine for the pain and also an antibiotic shot to help get the process of clearing it up started. THANK YOU to this ER and the doctor and nurses. The doctor saw me right away and told me what was wrong and what needed to happen within 5 minutes. 2 minutes later the nurse walked in with the shot and medicine and I was able to go home and actually get some sleep without the pain keeping me up.

They were so kind and considerate of my needs. The nurse was very efficient, explained what she was going to do and checked on me very regularly. I can’t brag enough about Dr shah. He called me personally with my lab values and explained what they meant. I appreciated that very much. Wish I had him as my regular Dr.

Front desk was efficient and responded quickly to my arrival, etc. RN was professional and compassionate. DR listened, asked pertinent questions and handled it head on!!! It did take 1.5 hrs total time spent there. I was pleased with the care.

They’re actually pretty good and rlly local. I didn’t have to pay anything either.

The staff was kind and very professional. I was unwilling to go to a standard hospital emergency room and sit for several hours, my daughter suggested I try your facility and I am very happy with the time spent and treatment.

I thought the staff was very efficient and it was nice to see an actual doctor not just a PA not that I have in here against PAs. I feel more confident with a full-fledged doctor.

I live in Old Town Surprise and, even with other ERs closer to home, I chose to drive out to this one and it was worth it. The facility is very clean, and the front desk staff is welcoming and professional from the moment you walk in.

When my son and I were brought back, the team immediately got to work, asking my son questions and ensuring he was comfortable. They were kind, attentive, and (MOST IMPORTANTLY) they listened without making assumptions or talking over us, which has unfortunately been my experience at other emergency rooms.

Their level of care and respect for their patients really sets them apart. I highly recommend this ER to anyone in need of compassionate and professional medical attention! Thank you Carlotta and Dr. Bair (I hope I spelled your names correctly!)

Son broke his elbow in a Friday night playoff game and they were more than kind, fast to treat and had us in and out in under 2hrs. Follow up has been really nice and we appreciate your care.

They were absolutely phenomenal. Intake was quick, the nurse was nice and helpful and the doctor was by far the best that I’ve seen a long time. He was able to diagnose what was bothering me fairly quick and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Short wait time. Quick service. I went in for an arthritis flare up in both hands. Nurse and Doctor new what to do right away. I was there about an hour
