I have been there twice and every time the staff were very nice and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Very friendly staff.

Dr. Shaw and his whole staff were amazing! My best friend gets to rest comfortably this New year's eve. Thank you!

Very attentive staff. They explained each step of testing to evaluate the source of the chest pain I had experienced the previous evening. They saw to my comfort while demonstrating appropriate concern for my symptoms. The test results and instructions were explained clearly and showed empathy and best wishes for my health and future. I was grateful and blessed to have their care on Christmas morning. Kaitlin was especially kind and compassionate. My thanks to the whole team of professional care providers.

Great bedside manner. And got in real quick and got out real quick even with having x-rays done! Thanks for all you guys do!!

The place is very efficient and knowledgeable.

Went to the emergency room to find out what was going on. Turned out that I needed appendectomy surgery. I was diagnosed, well taken care of and transported for surgery at a local hospital. I would highly recommend El Mirage 24/7 emergency room.

Everyone was so helpful with my son when he was sick. They even noticed I had the same symptoms and treated me too. Very thankful they were there to help us!!

Fast service and knew what treatment to do

I was treated for a minor injury at El Mirage FSED. As a longtime ER nurse, I did not want to be a patient. The staff at El Mirage Medical Center provided a clean, caring, and comfortable environment. Dr. Shah and Serenity RN were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and understanding of my situation.

I got in right away.

This was my third visit to el mirage ER. I’ve been to other nearby ER’s and by far, my spouse and I agree hands down we have received large hospital ER services without the wait time… I ve referred others to ElMirage ER & hands down, they’ve received the same superb service of 1. Medical Professionals are very thorough, 2. they have the expertise to render accurate diagnoses, 3. the medical & technical staff have good bedside manners and last but not least, the administrative team are pleasant & professional. In deed a Gem in the desert… Now, that ain’t a/The Mirage. You will have to use them yourself but this is my experience I’m sharing.

Hello i just want to say that these guys are very professional. Very good at what they do. From the second I walked in they made me feel like I was family there's no judgemental looks, no negativity I felt cared for and would recommend this spot to anyone. They got me checked out and ready to go in under 1hr . Places that make u feel at home are hard to find dont let this one pass you by

I like going here when emergencies arise, they are close to my house and they are friendly knowledgeable doctors there along with their staff.
