El Mirage 24/7 Emergency Room

OMG! I had a neck rashes issue and went here about 11 something and was treated (professionally and nurturingly by everyone including the receptionist).
I didn't know there policy, but when I left, I pulled out my CC and asked how much.
The receptionist smiled and said there's none. She explained how they are a private entity.
Needless to say I was over the moon.
The Physician and Nursing Staff where very attentive. Their bedside manner is what we the public have traditionally been accustom to.
I have recommended this facility to all my in-laws and will give mention in the upcoming City Council Meeting.

Everyone was so thorough and kind from the receptionist, nurses and Dr. The facility was so clean and organized. I will definitely return in the future if needed.

I was very impressed with the El Mirage 24/7 Emergency Room. I received care very quickly. Doctor Manish Shah was able to diagnose my condition and began treatment. He listened to all my problems and was able to respond quickly. RN Tammy Sabos was an excellent nurse who provided care according to the doctor’s orders. Thank you to both the doctor and nurse for such excellent care.

I recently was seen by Dr. Shah, nurse Kristy, and X-ray tech Conner. I came in feeling dizzy and was seen promptly. Nurse Kristy administered my IV on the first attempt, which was particularly important to me as I have a strong aversion to needles. Dr. Shah demonstrated a high level of professionalism and extensive knowledge and even did a dance since he was impressed with his diagnostic abilities, as he was accurate about the X-ray results. Conner was very careful to make sure my baby wouldn’t get any radiation and was kind. I was a little nervous about receiving medicine and undergoing X-rays since I’m pregnant, but the team put me at ease, and I trust them completely. I am very satisfied with the care I received and am looking forward to feeling better soon. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family. ☺️♥️

Friendly and professional staff. Short wait time. Everything explained clearly with all questions answered before leaving. Written instructions also given. Very clean facility. Have had several friends who have said all the same experience. I’d recommend the knowledgeable staff and go back there when choosing the best care option.

I LOVE El Mirage ER! The location is perfect, they have all the equipment and there is never a long wait. All the medical staff are great.

Their fast very attentive nice and made me feel better fast.

Amazing staff! Dr. Shah is an incredible doctor and deeply cares about your health and wellbeing. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in an ER.

I got there with my sick 6 year old and was quickly admitted, and the nurses and doctor were very nice to me and my baby. Would go back again.

Great and friendly staff short wait times very convenient

From the minute I walked in with an ear infection until I walked out, everyone from the receptionist to the doctor, was very nice and pleasant. I would definitely be going to that urgent care from now on.

The facility was great not a long wait. Still have to fill out paperwork for registration in this day and age is sad. Nurses great but the doctor very short, abrupt and not well versed in talking to elderly patients

Quick and professional service.

I went in not feeling well at all and they were very nice and patient with me. Took me right in ,didn't have to wait long at all. The nurses were very nice and considerate. The dr was thorough and nice as well. They were all on it and very helpful most definitely will make it my to go place if I have to go to and ER. Let's hope not! However, overall 5 star even from the receptionist to the end.
