Efficient Roofing

We couldn’t have asked for a better roofing company. We recently bought a house built in the 80s where it was discovered our underlayment was way past its life. We worked closely with Spencer through the whole process who was patient, professional, and made everything easy to understand. He came over multiple times providing pictures of our current roof and how it was going to be repaired. I was thrilled to see how large the roofing team was when the job officially started. They took the time to make sure balconies were covered and trash was fully collected. The team’s quality of work was exceptional making sure everything was done correctly. After the job was complete, we noticed the small shingle section we have did not fully match the tile color of our roof (our roof being all tile except where our AC is). Efficient Roofing was more than accommodating in redoing this providing new shingles for the team to install and there was no debate on if this needed to be redone. This is the type of quality and professionalism in a business I rarely see these days. Spencer and everyone at Efficient Roofing, thank you so much for everything.
