Efficient Roofing has completed 2 jobs at our house. I could not be more pleased. They were very proffesional, responsive and their team each time respected our property, effective communiications skills and had a strong customerservice orientation. The office was also exceptional, friendly and excellent follow-up! !

I was looking for the right roofer to renew and recoat my old flat roof which was in bad shape. I heard about Efficient Roofing from a neighbor and gave them a call. David came out, did the inspection and thoroughly answered my many questions. The quote was quite reasonable. The professionalism and communication from Grace and Amber in the office couldn't have been better. Last but not least, the crew- Junior, Andy, and Justin- were top notch and did excellent work. I highly recommend Efficient Roofing!

Amazing and professional experience with Efficiency Roofing. Got the job done quickly! I would recommend them for all your roofing needs. My cost was a little more due to solar panels needing to be removed and replaced.

Efficient Roofing was honest and professional.

From the moment we meet the owner to the completion of the job, we were kept informed of what was done each day, even providing pictures of the work, and at completion, to our amazement, we were shown what our roof looked like by the use of a drone..
We plan on always using these folks for yearly inspection and any repairs needed as long as we live here in Gold Canyon.

They did a great job, well priced, finished when they said they would! Had massive rains after they finished and no leaks!

Crew I believe his name he gave Junior or something like that and can’t remember the other guys name but they were there on time and quickly accessed what needed to be done and quickly completed the job

The guys did a great job and were extremely personable. They cleaned up well after they were done and answered any questions we had.

I couldn't be happier with the results of my new roof. The team did an EXCELLENT job, and everything they promised, they delivered, and in the exact time frame we agreed on. The roof is PERFECT and the clean up was superior. When they finished there were no signs of debris from the old roof, and zero mess. Everything was exactly as promised. I took 5 bids for this job, and Efficient Roofing was not the lowest of the bids, but the professionalism, the timely schedule, the product, was exactly what I paid for. They have an A+ rating with the BBB and with the AZ Board of Contractors. Efficient Roofing was very straightforward. They finished the job timely and were very clean while on site. There was an issue with how my drains looked but I notified them and they came out immediately to take care of it. I would use this company again for sure.

We recently used Effecient Roofing to reseal and fix some cracks in the foam on our roof. My parents had used this company about a year ago and were really impressed with the so I decided to give them a try. Spencer was very knowledgeable and real explained what was causing our leak and what our options were. He was very patient with us as we had to take a few months to decide what we wanted to do. Andy, Junior, and Will were the guys that were sent out to complete the fixes. They were very kind and easy going. They were very patient with me and my five month old puppy that I had to take for a walk. She loves people and was trying her best to garner their affection. I really appreciate people who love animals and I am glad they were willing to put up with us. I am not an expert but judging from the pictures they did an excellent job. I really appreciate this company and would use them...

Fast and efficient

Justin and his team did an amazing job on our detached garage roof. They overcame physical obstacles to get 46' long steel panels to our remote property and safely secured them to the roof. Their attention to detail on the flashing, skylights and drip-edge shows in a quality finished roof. Team members let us know when they'd arrive on property and always let us know when they were done for the day - courteous. This is our second Efficient Roofing project, they reroofed our primary residence 7 years ago. The entire project team was professional and a pleasure to work with, not minding questions.

We worked closely with Spencer through the whole process who was patient, professional, and made everything easy to understand. He came over multiple times providing pictures of our current roof and how it was going to be repaired. I was thrilled to see how large the roofing team was when the job officially started. They took the time to make sure balconies were covered and trash was fully collected. The team’s quality of work was exceptional making sure everything was done correctly. After the job was complete, we noticed the small shingle section we have did not fully match the tile color of our roof (our roof being all tile except where our AC is). From start to finish I was completely satisfied with the work. The crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job I am so very pleased with my new roof.

Roof was in bad shape,several leaks. Peices of old unit left on roof and they removed everything, ground down old coating,new membrane and coating. Looks like a brand new home. Thank you gentlemen.. great job.

We were pleased with the crew who redid our roof, they removed tile, replaced underlayment, flashing, slats and vents. They were polite and hard working, they cleaned up everyday at end of shift. Roof looks great better than before. We would recommend Efficient Roofing, everyone from Spencer Jones, the crew Foreman and the crew were a pleasure to work with.
