We had an excellent experience with Edwards Ornamental Iron. The technician did high-quality work with great attention to detail. Not only did he repair the issue, but he also oiled and cleaned the entire gate to make sure everything ran smoothly, which was so nice! They came out very quickly to fix our driveway gate and provided outstanding service from start to finish. Their customer service was fast, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They communicated clearly about when they would arrive and how long the work would take, which we really appreciated. They also helped guide me in the reprogramming of the key pad which was very helpful! Highly recommend this company for anyone needing reliable, efficient, and professional gate service!

Where should I start. These guys are top notch. Yes they are not the cheapest. If you want cheap you can find it, but you get what you pay for. I tried that and ended up wasting $1,200 and my gates were still broken. Finally called them abd gates were fixed next day correctly. Can't say enough about the quality and service. After that I went ahead and replaced my gates and had them custom build me new gates. They are beautiful. We used my existing motors. The installation was flawless. Couldn't be happier. Anytime I have a question or any issue they always answer my call. I almost feel like family. Call them you won't be disappointed.

The 5 gates for our condo needed servicing. They were rusty and needed painting. The Edwards guys came took them away. In less than two weeks, they came back and reinstalled them looking brand new. I would highly recommend them.

Edwards has been servicing my gates for over 10 years. They needed to be replaced & Josh was able to design an aluminum replacement for the wood gates that will hopefully last for at least twice the life of the wood gates if not more. Josh was professional, reliable & delivered on his promises. Very grateful customer!

Gate was crafted and delivered within schedule, gate function and visual appeal flawless to within 1/64”, Lisa and Lloyd were able to address any questions or concerns along the process to include adjustments after installation/final payment. Client is thrilled, as am I. For those of you who deal with contractors: You know at some point during construction something will be off and need to be addressed. I only keep contacts of outfits I’m confident can handle themselves without question and within reason (time and tide). I highly recommend you keep these folks on your short list for iron demands.

Super-happy with our new wrought-aluminum gate and paneling. Edwards provided an estimate, drawing, and completed the work like absolute professionals. The installers were very attentive and did quality work. We had a minor issue with some gapping that was quickly resolved/amended as well, without any push-back whatsoever from Edwards. Would certainly hire again. Very appreciative.

This company did an amazing job. Everything went flawless from measuring for the interior curved stair railing to the coordination and pricing. We chose to use Lloyd’s company because of their reputation and we were not disappointed. We ultimately went with them for interior curved railing and exterior gates, fencing and main gate

Edwards Ornamental has been our community service provider for our entrance and exit gates for a couple of years. Their staff are very helpful and their response times are very fast. We also just replaced our gates with custom gates that they developed and installed. I highly recommend them to any person or community that has motorized gates.

Edwards Ornament Inc. did a tremendous job installing a new perimeter/security fence for us. The process was smooth and all involved were professional and met all benchmarks. The fence looks outstanding!

We chose Edwards Ornamental Iron to create a unique look for our courtyard. From our first contact with Lloyd Thurman to the time the installers drove away from our home, everything they did was first rate. Lloyd was meticulous with his measurements, made sure we were pleased with the design, and invited us to the shop when the metalwork was completed so we could inspect the construction quality. The installation team arrived early and worked steadily on a very hot day until the work was completed. They were cordial, highly skilled, and very professional. We are overjoyed with their work.
