Eastern Title and Settlement

Everyone was so helpful, they kept me updated throughout the whole process, help me with any paperwork necessary to get through settlement very professional would recommend using them

The closer came to our location in Kensington and had all the documents prepared and in order. The session was efficient and we left the table with a clear understanding of the final numbers.

used them for a purchase and a refinance in the same year. both times the same experience — responsive, organized, accurate. that consistency is the reason they're on the short list for future transactions.

We closed on our home during a period when we were also managing a rental transition, a move, and a new job. Eastern Title managed their side without requiring us to stay on top of it. That low-friction coordination was what we needed.

Used Eastern Title for a purchase in Germantown. Our realtor had used them several times and the experience was consistent with what they'd described. Organized, communicative, and the closing was on time.

We closed the transaction under a very tight funding deadline due to the buyer's interest rate lock-in expiring soon. Eastern Title coordinated with the lender to ensure all requirements were met before the deadline. The transaction was consistently funded on time.

The settlement was for a mixed-use commercial property, which involves different title requirements than residential. Eastern Title handled the commercial title work correctly and the documentation was accurate for the transaction type.

Closing on my property with Eastern Title and Settlement was such a great experience! The team was professional, helpful, and very thorough, which made the process easy and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, and the closing went smoothly. I’m so thankful for their excellent service and highly recommend them

Great experience with Eastern Title and Settlement. A few last minute hiccups with the seller and Eastern Title made it fast and easy to resolve. Thank you for a great closing experience!

the documents were ready a day before closing which gave us a chance to look through them. found one question about a line item, called the office, got an answer within the hour. realy appreciated having teh time to review before the table.

Thank you

had our refi at the house and the closer was on tiem, had everything organized, and we were done in under an hour. that's exactly what you want on a workday. no drama, no delays.

Eastern Title has handled three closings for our real estate business and the quality has been the same each time. Quick responses, accurate documents, and closings that run on schedule.

The title search identified an old judgment that had been satisfied but not properly discharged. Eastern Title tracked down the discharge documentation and had it recorded before our closing date. We had no idea that work was happening behind the scenes until they told us it was done.

Our closing was in the evening at our home. The closer arrived exactly on time and the session was handled just as professionally as any daytime office closing. That flexibility in scheduling is something I mentioned to every friend who's been in the market since.

Eastern got all the paperwork done via internet money wired and closed in no time. I still made it to my first grandson graduation in North Carolina on time. Thank you Eastern team

I love working with Eastern Title....I work with them as much as I can. They make everything easy. Josh is very quick to respond and always helpful. Ben is the best and most informative closer. He explains everything during the signing in a simple way; explaining all the legal language and jargon for everyone to understand.

Five closings with Eastern Title across different transaction types. Every one of them has been handled the same way: available when needed, accurate documents, on-time closing. That consistency is the reason they stay on the list.

our purchase closing was well run. the closer knew teh paperwork, answered our questions, and the session was done before we had a chance to feel like it was dragging. first time homebuyers and it felt manageable.

The settlement was for a property in Anne Arundel County and Eastern Title coordinated with the county recording office on a specific document timeline requirement. That kind of local process knowledge is something you only appreciate when it matters.

Our transaction involved two buyers on the contract with financing coming from two different sources. The closing documentation had to account for that structure and everything was prepared correctly when we sat down.

Used them on a recommendation from a colleague who had done several investment closings with Eastern Title. The commercial settlement was organized and the closer knew the transaction well. Will use again for the next acquisition.

We were relocating for work and had a very short window between our sale closing and our purchase closing. Eastern Title coordinated both transactions and the timing held together. Managing both sides of a move within a tight calendar is not a small thing.

Good title company for Maryland real estate. They handled a purchase closing for us in Gaithersburg and everything was on time and accurate. Straightforward experience.
