Matt Gontarek and Eastern Title were very responsive in resolving all of my questions/issues.

Love Eastern Title! Used them to purchase my first home this month and without them I can imagine the process would've been way more chaotic. The staff at Eastern Title & Settlement work hard and really go to bat for their clients. Colleen M. and Ben G. were very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. When I first met Ben at a First Time Home Buyers seminar I learned so much from him and continued to learn from him at settlement. Even the seller said she'd never worked with a representative at closing as good as Ben before. Another great thing about Eastern is their use of technology (ex: Qualia) to help the buyer/seller understand what is going on and keep up to date with the closing process. Thanks Team, you all are superb!
