Eastern Title and Settlement

Highly highly recommend using Eastern Title. Everyone on their staff is super friendly, always available whether by phone or email, and very responsive to any questions or concerns you might have. We were first time homebuyers and had no idea about the process, but we did not have to worry about that because they took care of us!

Rob and the team at Eastern Title are the BEST! We have done many settlements with them and have never had any problems. I highly recommend them.

I was the seller at the settlement table and Eastern Title & Settlement made the entire process run smooth and quick. Everything was prepared and explained well. There was a question regarding registration fees with the city that the team at Eastern was able to quickly research and provide answers to. Good snacks offered at the settlement table was a plus! :)

I refinanced my house with Eastern Title and had a great experience. They were ON TIME (which is a HUGE plus for me), explained the entire process and finished everything up very quickly!!! Eastern Title & Settlements did a thorough job with the processing of my new title (for a mortgage refinance). They went out of their way to meet me at my work location when we had to do all the signatures. They even assisted in the process of removing a family member on the new deed (which was a last minute request of mine). Cannot say enough good things about Min Hu and his colleague Robert. You will not be disappointed working with either of them.
