It's my happy place for my closings. Getting to the closing can be a roller coaster ride sometimes. Having a settlement company that helps with a HAPPY ENDING is always the BEST! We recently did our home settlement through Eastern Title and found them to be very responsive. We worked with Min and he was very fast to both email and call us in regards to the wire transfer and making sure everything went through smoothly and securely. Specifically for the closing day, we worked with Robert. While there were several hiccups during the closing (information on the deed was incorrect and had to be fixed and reprinted several times, our house zip code was incorrect on many forms and had to be reprinted - which was in part the fault of our lender having the wrong zip code) which resulted in the closing taking over 2 hrs, Robert was fast to correct all the mistakes right then and there and stayed late with us to get everything done.
