When I first met Ben at a First Time Home Buyers seminar I learned so much from him and continued to learn from him at settlement. Even the seller said she'd never worked with a representative at closing as good as Ben before. Another great thing about Eastern is their use of technology (ex: Qualia) to help the buyer/seller understand what is going on and keep up to date with the closing process.
