Eastern Title and Settlement

This was by far the easiest settlement I have had. They kept in constant contact, they kept me informed of everything. I received emails and all my questions were answered quickly no waiting for days for a return call. My settlement was done at my home and finished in less than 30 minutes. I left with all my paperwork and my proceeds were wired directly into my account. Absolutely the best settlement company I have worked with.

I’m glad we went with Eastern. They made everything smooth and I felt like I was in great hands. From the start, Lauren was very response via email. The day of closing everyone we encountered was warm and friendly; Maggie (with her amazing cookies) at the front desk to Rolando who walked us through closing. Even after closing, Colleen and Lien were friendly and on top it. I kid you not, everyone felt genuinely friendly.

Everyone was propfessional and friendly. They made sure out needs were met during the closing process.

The transaction started off a little rocky due to many factors including COVID-19. However, Heather stepped in and closed like a rock star. She was very knowledgeable about Baltimore Real estate and ground rent.
