I was able to sign all the papers from the comfort of my home and Josh Greene was very responsive by dropping my refinance check and all the paperwork at my home. We feel very comfortable signing the documents, as he explained what exactly I am signing with no pressure to move faster.

Great Experience with Eastern Title
For the last 20 years of my career, I was the Director of Marketing and Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic. Therefore, I feel I am a decent judge of exceptional sales and service. Unfortunately, those qualities are hard to come by these days and when they do, I feel it they should be recognized and rewarded. In this case Colleen MacPherson stood out as someone who deserves recognition. From the moment she contacted me regarding the settlement of my mother’s home, my wife and I immediately felt we were working with a competent professional who was going to “get it done”. She instilled a confidence in us that she was going to lead us through a somewhat complicated process: My mother passed away between the signing of the contract and the settlement date, two Estates then became involved, a fairly difficult reverse mortgage...

The person we met from Eastern Title saved me money through informing me about current legislation. He also told me the ins and outs of virtually every step of the process. This being my second closing, I can say it is much more desired to have someone like this close with you. Very well done; I would recommend them.
