Cannot express how great of a job they did! Set reasonable expectations, exceeded the expectations all at nearly too low of a price point. I wish I had a before photo because this grout was nearly black and the carpet was compacted, though the wort part of the carpet was the wet dog smell, which doesn't come across in pictures. He took great care to protect my home by placing corner deflectors, door spacer to keep my pets in and bugs out and he placed deflectors along my sidewalk to keep his hoses out of the yard and mulch. David came out and steam cleaned our entire main floor today. He was very professional and did a walk through of my home with me, giving me an idea of what was realistic to expect from the cleaning service. Our carpet smelled and looked so much better after he was done. His pricing was fair for the job he did and he was quick and respectful of our home. I would use and recommend his services again!
