Mr. Earl came and cleaned our AC Unit . He was very professional and kind. He explained exactly what was going on and fixed the problem. I’d definitely call him again with any issues I had with the AC Unit.

My A/C unit stopped working after a brief power outage on Labor Day weekend. After a few places said they couldn’t make it until after the holiday, Earl agreed to come take a look and replaced a capacitor late Saturday evening. Earl has already been incredibly professional and efficient in my 20+ years of dealing with him. He just recently replaced my 4-ton heat pump unit and, as always, he was a pleasure to work with. He literally is just a phone call away!

Earl did me right. I got a good price on a full replacement when my air conditioner was completely dead. I called and he came out in around 30 minutes to look and when I agreed to go through with the replacement it only took about 2 days! Fantastic customer service I would recommend this over any other HVAC in Baldwin County for sure.
