We had a massive flood that affected our condo and HOA common area while we were out of town. As soon as we got a call from our neighbor and realize how bad the situation was, we began calling various flood remediation companies. Out of all the remediation companies we called, Mathew (the owner) picked up his phone promptly, answered our questions patiently, walked us through the whole process and what we needed to do. By the time other people returned our call and we got a chance to talk to them about our situation, we were confident Dry Kings was what we were looking for.

The next morning, Mathew and Sergio, the remediation expert, arrived as scheduled and immediately began work. Flood damage was extensive. I can't recommend Matt and his team enough. I had a shower valve burst which then flooded my apartment and leaked through to the two units below me. I had multiple inspectors come to the house after we cleaned the water up, and Matt and his team were by far the most thorough and the only one that would take care of getting our house back to the way it was fully, meaning both the dryout and the contracting/repair!! It makes it so much easier to have someone who can coordinate both phases of the work. Everything that he said would happen did. He managed the whole process seamlessly with our insurance company, ensuring that everything + more was covered. He's extremely flexible and fair, and so easy to coordinate with him throughout the process. Thanks Dry Kings for everything!

Really can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work of this restoration company! At our home in San Anselmo we had an water leak from our bath tub that went into the bedroom below. These guys were honest and transparent letting me know exactly what they were doing and the estimated cost. Matthew walked us through each step of the water damage process and guided us on how to best deal with the insurance company. Everything was all dry in a few days and we were back to normal in no time. Highly recommend!

They helped us find a pin hole leak in our water main that causes leaking into the level below using moisture detecting equipment, infrared sensors, and ultimately opening up walls. They set up dehumidifiers, fans, and dust limiting/containment barriers for us.
In the middle of an unfortunate situation, we were fortunate to have Matt and his team work on getting things dried out.
