I learned that I need a better self image and to find value in myself. Dr Nic was an inspirational beautiful black woman who should continue spreading here motivational words throughout young professionals lives'.

Great motivation. She helped lookrd at myself in a positive mannner. I fetl empowered knowing that out of millions of cells, I was chosen to be here. I cannot take for granted the opportunity of life.

When she told her story and how she got past her self doubt,and learned how to forgive herself, it spoke to me because I have a lot of self doubt and hearing her story encouraged me.

It was insightful, inspiring and an eye opening message.

I learned that self worth as self confidence is a big part in being successful. This helped me because I am struggling with self confidence and I learned different steps and tips I can practice that will help with my struggles
