Dr Shumards program is a SUCCESS, if you are willing to put in the work!! Changing your lifestyle habits is key in this program. Eating healthy can be hard but it’s definitely worth it when you see results I lost 45 lbs since April of this year and my dr said I can get off metformin n my blood pressure is much better too hoping dr will take me off of that as well. I learned so much about clean healthy eating and foods to avoid like seed oils and am now choosing much better choices at the grocery. My health coach Jenna was “the best”. She really took time for me and had patience with me on our calls (my mom has dementia and I’m her primary caregiver and she would sometimes interrupt our session but Coach Jenna was always understanding) and genuinely cared about me and my health journey and also always sent me very helpful info to questions I had or other tips n helps she had for me.
