Dr Shumards program is a SUCCESS, if you are willing to put in the work!! Changing your lifestyle habits is key in this program. Eating healthy can be hard but it’s definitely worth it when you see results I lost 45 lbs since April of this year and my dr said I can get off metformin n my blood pressure is much better too hoping dr will take me off of that as well. The program with Dr Shumard and his staff has been life changing. It has taught me how to learn my body. It has effectively reversed my diabetes through cleaning my organs out and demonstrating proper nutrition and exercise and how that affects my body. Through it all I have learned about myself. Dr. Shumard was forthcoming and straightforward in his explanation about the program. He was ethusiastic and encouraging and made it easy to commit to the program in spite of the high cost. it has been 2 months since I got on the Diabetes Reversal Program. I had to change my mindset and started to eat healthy nutritious meals. Writing down what I eat daily in my food journal, it is very important, helps a lot to keep track of what I'm eating. And the most important thing is to read the food labels, avoiding anything that has canola oil, sunflower oil ect..ect..I check my blood sugar daily and it has really improved, these past 2 months that I have been doing it.
