I started their Diabetes Reversal Program in December 2020. My A1C then was 8.1. My weight was 169, 25 % body fat. It is now April, my latest A1C was 6.3. I have lost 19 pounds, my BMI is now 22.3. I started Paleo diet at his recommendation. I look forward to continuing his program and seeing what other progress I will achieve.
