Currently I am 1 1/2 months into a 9 month program to reverse my type 2 Diabetes. Of course starting with a slight bit of skepticism, but willing to go the distance. What I can report after 1 1/2 months: Weight loss: 20 lbs (I am 6'2', was 198, today 178). My daily glucose readings have definitely been dropping and am looking forward to seeing what my A1C is in the next week. I am 66 yrs young and try to get in 2 workouts (a variety of things) a day. Overall, I feel pretty good, most of the inflammation that I have felt (particularly in my knees) has been greatly reduced. Looking forward to the continued journey!
