My journey with Dr. Shumard began in November 2024, and it has truly been life-changing. I made the decision to stop taking my cholesterol and diabetes medications to fully commit to the program and see what was possible.

Within the first month alone, my A1C dropped from 7.4 to 6.9. Over the course of a little more than a year, with consistent effort and guidance, my A1C reached 5.7 by November 2025. Even more encouraging, my most recent lab work showed it holding at 5.7 something my primary doctor was very impressed by and eager to learn more about.
