Downey's Specialty Cleaning

My area rugs look and smell great!

Downey’s has always been an easy and great experience. Will always use their services.

We have used this company for years and have experienced only the best service and results! Case in point was recently we had our new carpets cleaned and a red wine stain looked gone at first but re-appeared. I called and they came back out and treated it with a different sort of solution and like magic the carpet stain is long gone. They were so gracious about the whole thing. Just really lovely folks who do a great job!

On time, done quickly, and. carpet looks great.

Kevin was so professional, yet friendly. He did an incredible job cleaning my area rug, ottoman, and dining room chairs. Thanks. Always depend on them.

Beautiful results! Our carpets look brand new! Love that Downey is a family-owned and operated business that truly takes pride in their work!

Good job, efficient, friendly and thorough.
Removed spots previous carpet cleaner could not clean. Highly recommended.

We have been using Downey's Carpet Care of Granville for quite a few years now and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. They do a great job, are easy to schedule and give great customer service. We have had a couple of occasions where we have had a tough stain and they have always been able to take care of it for us and have left the carpet looking like new. I would highly recommend them.

Downey's Carpet carpet is the BEST carpet cleaner I have ever used. They do a superb job, arrive on time and keep you notified all the way from beginning to end. I have used them for yeats and highly recommend them.

They are reliable, friendly, professional, and do such a great job! I am always happy with the results. We wouldn’t have anyone else!

I couldn't ask for better customer service or professional workmanship! Downey Carpet Care has cleaned my furniture for many years. It is easy to set an appt and know that you are getting the best care and from a local business. They arrive on time, are always polite and personable and don't leave until you are satisfied with the results. I strongly recommend them if you have floors or furniture that needs a thorough cleaning. They are very reasonablely priced!

John and Kevin were great. Had a little bit of an emergency, and they were able to fit us in last minute for the next day. Will use them again!

Always happy with our rugs after!

The Downey family did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. They were professional, on time, and they charged what they quoted and did not try to sell incremental services (which I have experienced with other cleaning services). We will definitely use them again.

Attention to detail is top notch and great people running the company.

Downey continues to be the best of cleaning service in our area. The service is top notch always predictable and they always go out of their way to make sure everything‘s done.

Great service

I love Downey's Carpet Care because they are always respectful of my home and me as they clean my carpet. They are very caring and pay attention to any spots that are stained. I have used them since 2012. I enjoy a happy conversation with them when they are finished.

Did a fantastic job on our carpets and rugs. Very kind and professional. Would recommend them 💯 %!

DOWNEY'S CARPET CARE OF GRANVILLE got a great recommendation by Alex

I had two of my wool oriental rugs cleaned at Downey's facility. The rugs are over 50 years old. John was very careful with them and cleaned them beautifully. I would trust him with any future cleaning projects.

Fast, reliable service with a smile. Easy to use and schedule service website.

Downey’s Carpet Care of Granville had excellent customer service - they quickly responded to my initial inquiry about cleaning an area rug that had been stored in the attic for 10+ years. They arranged the pick-up and drop-off of the rug, and during the cleaning process they sent me regular updates and photos as they worked to remove old stains from the rug. I appreciated their work ethic and work quality!
