They arranged the pick-up and drop-off of the rug, and during the cleaning process they sent me regular updates and photos as they worked to remove old stains from the rug. I use Downey’s carpet care..and only them….they do an over the top great great job….when they leave my carpet looks brand new and smells wonderful…reasonably priced and both John and Kevin are very friendly and eager to explain the cleaning process. They arrive on time and do their job in a timely manner and do an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves….will always use them for my carpet. My dog thanks them too😊

Great work. Only folks we’ll trust with our oriental rugs. They also did large Living room plus Dining room rugs. They took extra care on hands and knees to assure no moisture left at edges on hardwood floor. Also brushed to assure the knap of the rug went in the same direction. Rugs and carpets are noticeably CLEAN. No other company we’ve used have done this high quality and care. Very reasonable pricing!
