Extremely helpful, kind and thorough

Downey service was outstanding! Carpet on stairs and landing were cleaned with excellent results. Puppy had used the landing to urinate a few times until he was better trained, which left an odor. The cleaning eliminated the problem. Arrived at scheduled time, was very pleasant and professional.

As always, John and his team deliver excellently. Courteous, prompt, good value... I have hired them multiple times, and it's the same excellent service every time. Thank you. It's nice to find a service provider you can trust and not worry about the quality of the work.
