Dominion Spine and Pain

It’s absolutely comfortable & professional since I began treatments here. Dr Varma & her staff are outstanding & very efficient. I was recently dissatisfied 7/19 after arriving early, as usual, for my appointment. I waited 1 hour & 10 minutes before being called to proceed for prep. I commented to the front staff how long I had been waiting & that I noticed 2 patients arriving after me being called & prepped w/IV. She was assuring and I was called next but waited 15 more minutes there for prep. I was then placed in the recovery room for about 6 minutes before proceeding to my actual treatment. This was so unusual & disappointing. I take daily medications that require “with food.” My treatment calls for fasting beforehand. This is a great facility, awesome staff, and a wonderfully skilled Doctor. I would hate to have to change my treatment facility.
