I cannot say enough good things about this amazing doctor. When I first came in, I was struggling daily and honestly just trying to survive the pain. From the very beginning, she treated me with compassion, respect, and genuine care.

Because of her expertise and thoughtful treatment plan, I am no longer living in constant pain. My quality of life has improved dramatically. I can function, enjoy my family, and feel like myself again.

She truly listened, didn’t dismiss concerns, and she worked with me to find real solutions. I’m beyond grateful for the difference this office made in my life. Highly recommend to anyone who feels stuck or unheard elsewhere.

I have been coming here for about 2 years after going to multiple pain clinics without getting any success and Dr. Varma was the only doctor to actually be concerned about my pain after seeing my x-rays and my scans knowing that I was in real pain. The staff everyone in the clinic is really really nice. Always treats with respect. I would highly suggest if you ever have any needs for pain management to check her office out.

Dr Varma and her entire office for the last four years of living here, has taken care of myself and my husband in such a professional and caring way that no other Dr can even try to duplicate. Each person in the office, from the front desk to the back has been so friendly every time we come in. They know your name even and that’s a comfort to know that they care.
We are moving across the country and this office will be sadly missed. From the great treatment plans and care we have been receiving to the smiling faces we see each time. This is an amazing facility, even family.

I love Dominion Spine and Pain. Her credentials of her and other medial professionals there speak for itself. As most doctor offices especially when you're an amazing team. There will be a waiting time. I too can become impatient as I had that issue. I had a misunderstanding of those there for a procedure and those there for a follow up or first timers they're not many Doctors and Nurses and the medical assistant team that you can get as such as this Doctor Varma and all of her staff are on point. Some bumps in the road but they always get them straight.The injections and management of my pain plan has become so much more bearable. I have many reasons to be there and one is she's one of the best doctors in her field and her assistants/ medical team are professional, young vibrant and very pleasant and respectful. The injections are very helpful and she does look at Mri's/ Xrays...

Nicole was great! I am one of the many who does not like needles but my experience this visit was seamless. Nicole was very experienced and tentative.

Staff is excellent especially Nicole. Waiting time is on time. Friendly and considerate. I highly recommend Springfield office. Dr. Varma is a wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, effective doctor!

Dr. Varma is the most experienced, compassionate and knowledgeable physician I’ve ever been seen by. I just noticed now as I was leaving a review for another doctor they my review never went through for Dr. Varma. I am a military dependent and her office staff couldn’t have made the process easier working with Tricare Prime and making sure that everything was always covered. The saddest part of leaving the DMV was that I could no longer see Dr. Varma. She by far helped me with multiple pain issues, more than any other physician I’ve encountered. I can only give her 5 stars on here but really if I could I’d give her 100 out of 100 stars as she helped me be able to do simple things again like take my kids to the park and hug them without being in horrific pain. Thank you Dr. Varma and everyone in your office. You are all amazing!

I had horrible pain after a bad fall in July. I came to Dr. Varma's practice for aid to ease my symptoms. Due to work relocation, I had to sadly leave from this office as I could not commute and I recommend this office to any new patient!

Dr. Varma is an expert in treatment of all things pain and is very knowledgeable. From making an appointment, to the check in process, to the appointment, I felt heard and taken care of very well.
