Dr Shaw take the time necessary to make sure you understand what your diagnosis is, what your treatment plan is, and what the preventive steps would be. I think that is what great physicians are you able to do.

Dr.Shaw is a very patient and understanding Doctor. He especially takes the time to sit and listen to a patients’ needs and does not rush them thru. He then explains in “ layman “ terms how to proceed with treatment that is best for an individuals needs.

The shots were painless. Dr Coussa was very friendly and I felt at ease. My only complaint was an hour wait in the waiting room before I was taken.

Dr. Coussa is very easy to talk to, explains things so you can understand and cares about your concerns.
Each and every time I visit Retina at the Mequon office. Dr. Coussa and his staff makes me feel very comfortable and help me relax due to I am afraid of things coming near my eyes. Thanks for being patient with me.
My experience with Dr. Coussa has been very good. It was surgery for a partially detached retina, and everything went well. I'm expecting a complete recovery.

He answers questions in a way that I understand. He has a comfortable and pleasant personality.
Dr. Coussa listens to my concerns and offers options that weren’t offered to me before. He works in tandem with my regular ophthalmologist to try to give me the best vision possible.
