Friendly and efficient staff.

Dr. Shaw was excellent. His office took me at the last minute, waited for me to get through traffic, and got me out in 45 minutes. 5 strars.

This last visit was by far the easiest and less painful than ever before. Staff, as usual were fast and efficient. Time from check in at 4:00 to 5:15 , would have been less but Dr Shaw decided to treat both eyes, (scheduled one).

Always pleasant and professional.

Dr Shaw and his staff were very welcoming as well as professional. They made me feel comfortable while I was there to have an outpatient procedure. I would recommend Dr Shaw for your healthcare needs when it comes to your vision.

Doc Shaw is one of those A-OK Doctors. His professional side is great at sharing info about your situation, and is able to answer all questions in way us non-docs can understand. He, however, is able to shift to regular human guy and seems glad to chat a bit. Always a good experience for me.
