he is calm and effective in his communication style. He had bad news to give me--wet MD in both eyes, not just one--but he conveyed it in a calm, professional manner that inspires trust and confidence. I'm not looking around--I've got the doctor I want to deal with a challenging situation.

All involved treat you professionally, with respect, and compassion. I highly recommend.

Didn’t get to see Dr Tosi personally. Met with a tech or nurse who said Fr Tosi looked at my scan a pronounced me ok and no shot. Yay! Sorry I didn’t get to see him. He’s always very pleasant.
