I loved disc centers of America, Carmichael because Dr. Lily has really enlightening me on a different aspect of my health. After having my first adjustment I felt like a brand new person and have been conscious about my posture ever since. I’m mindful about the way I move and how to conserve my body which helps substantially being that I work in intensive manual labor. With adjustments I’m more productive at work and actually have energy to be active on the weekend to participate in leisure activities. Not only is she great at what she does by relieving my pain but she also goes the extra length to educate me by taking the time to explain the why and how. This extra effort has made a great difference in my life and gives me the confidence to know that I will be able to continue my career with out having to sacrifice my body for the years to come. I would like to thank disc centers of America, Carmichael and especially Dr. Lily for changing my quality of life, I actually wake up on the weekends pain free and the strive to do the things that I enjoy. Again, Thank you so much Dr. Lily!
