Absolutely amazing!!!! Went in due to having almost immobilizing sciatic pain and after one session with Dr. Nguyen I couldn't be happier. After my adjustment and decompression session I still had pain that wasn't as bad as it has been but the real results were waking up the next day have almost no pain!!! The next day I was able to return to my normal routine without suffering from the sciatic pain with only a slight stiffness occasionally. I will definitely be going back and will recommend everyone having any issues involving the spine or back to go to her!

The doctor is highly experienced and accredited, she helped me learn stretches and exercises that I can perform on my own. I am a 17 year old student who’s accumulated a plethora of problems ranging from the cerebral vertebrae, to the lumbar, going as far as the lowermost of my body. After a course of 2 times/ week treatments with Dr. Nguyen, I can confirm the Chiropractic Adjustments have worked. I went from struggling to fall asleep, tussling for about 2 hours before finding a comfortable position to fall asleep, to fixing my sleep schedule- falling asleep within 15 minutes of laying down, to going as far as performing more efficiently in school. Walking around being a hunchback in pain is not normal, get help from Dr. Hongtruc Nguyen; it’s quite the bang for your buck!

My husband referred me to Dr. Nguyen when I started experiencing extreme neck and back pain/discomfort which was affecting my sleep and daily activities. After my first visit, I started to feel instant results. She took the time to show me hip & back stretches as well as ways to better manage daily stressors through breathing and meditation techniques. It’s evident she’s passionate about her job and truly cares for her patients.

Dr. Nguyen changed my life. I was desperate to find relief for my back pain and tried everything from chiropractors, massages, pills and her treatment is the only thing that worked. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr Nguyen, her staff, and her practice.

I’ve been to a lot of chiropractors in the past 20 years and Dr Lily is the best I have ever been to. She is thorough and is the only one that has been able get me out of pain. She also is able to treat my 88 year old mom.

I saw an online add about Carmichael Disc center,and decided to try.I got approved by VA for treatment and that was a best decision I ever made. My low back pain and stiffness is gone and I feel like a new man. Great doctor and amazing staff. One thing I want to highlight that with decompression treatment you also getting a one of a kind manual therapy. I highly recommend this place, five stars!!!

Dr. Nguyen has been very patience with me when it comes to long term back pain! She shows me the techniques how maintance my posture in my daily activities especially my job required sitting at computer everyday! She has done a really good job on following up my health condition everytime when i visit the office and wants me to improve my life and work balance in every way! I feel so lucky to have her as my chiropractor!

Dr. Nguyen is really nice with very accommodating front desk! I play sports and came in with pains in the back and shoulders area. Dr. Nguyen observed me and noticed other areas that were off and unaligned. Little that I know I had pain in those areas too. She adjusted me and I felt reborn with the treatment!

Dr.Nguyen and everyone in her office are so friendly and nice to begin with! They made me feel welcomed and ready to begin. I had neck and back pain that I would hear cracking and clicking but after the treatment I felt so much better! I feel less tension and pain in the places she treated. Would recommend and ill definitely come back to see her again!
