I had an excellent experience visiting Disc Centers in Carmichael. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and thorough with her examination process and assessment of why I was having lower back pain. I felt like she really listened carefully to my answers and gave me my first adjustment during my visit. I walked out feeling so much relief from the pain and rejuvenated to say the least. My second appointment was centered around spinal decompression and after that visit, I have nearly 100% of my mobility back again. I'm grateful to have found Dr. Nguyen because she educated me about how my spine, surrounding muscles and posture all have to be in balance together to avoid future health related complications and issues. I also want to call out that Paulina was excellent with coordinating my visits and assisting Dr. Nguyen to make the visits exceptional. She is friendly, caring, highly communicative and responded quickly to make my visits super easy to book, even with a busy schedule. If you are having lower back pain, no need to suffer through another day.. just make a call to Dr. Nguyen's office and you too will be on your way to getting your normal life back.
