I have been seeing Dr Lilly for years now. Life changing to say the least. I was in really bad shape physically when I first saw her from a work back injury that had me walking with a cane. Dr Lilly did not just treat my back injury she did a full body assessment and alignment every visit which improved my balance and eventually got rid of all my pain. She truly is the best in the business.

I am so happy I found doctor Nguyen. I have had back pain for 40 years. At 74 I thought I was heading for a wheelchair. I was depressed with many health concerns . After just a few visits I felt so much better with less back and leg pain. I have more energy too. No regrets...and no wheelchair.

I like this place. The Doctor is so kind and nice. When I was in school, I had a terrible accident that hurted my back badly. At the meantime, I stopped going to school therefore I had no insurance. Dr. HongTruc Nguyen was so compassionate treated my back with no fee or a cheap expense I remember. She is so patient, gentle, and the technique is very good so that my back was healing very soon. She explained clearly and showed my how too treat at home too. Until now, more than 10 years, I still come to her new office DISC CENTERS OF AMERICA, Carmichael which is close to Sacramento when I have any bone problems and will introduce my family and friends to get her great treatment. Doctor Nguyen, is nice and pretty. I’ve gotten supplements from her such as high quality omega-3, which improved my memory, and have gotten essential oils from her, which helps me sleep better. I still use the oil and omega-3. She provides her service out of generosity and kindness and is very friendly once you get to know her!

I had a chronic migraine after giving birth and Dr. HongTruc (Lily) miraculously made it disappeared. After few sessions at her place when she was in Alameda my migraine started to fade and now I rarely have any occurrences. She was gentle in her treatment and explained everything she does. She also educated me in preventing migraine so it helps so much. Highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Dr.Nguyen (fondly know as Dr.Lily to her patients) She has helped me so much with my knee and back pain by keeping my body correctly aligned. Also, other conditions I suffer with like vertigo and arthritis in joint areas. Dr. Lily is both professional and one of the most caring people I know.

Dr. Nguyen is really good at what she does. My mom was having a crippling pain in her knee area, and after a couple adjustments, she is able to walk normally again. Dr. Nguyen is very friendly and is always ready to provide helpful advice according to the wellness of the patient. We are very fond for all the help she has provided us, so it is a five stars all the way.
