You are the best! I want to thank you for your investment into my health. Since I began seeing you in 2013 for my neck pain I have been impressed with your care. Your expertise in using the activator from toes to head and whatever is needed in between has brought such relief to me. You have KEPT ME OFF PAIN PILLS! My name is Tom Gallagher and I came to the Carmichael just center with great pain in my lower back above the beltline. I experience this occasionally and it had reared its head for one week with terrible pain. I did go to my general practitioner and a masseuse without relief.

Four years ago Dr. Lily Nguyen treated me for severe sciatic nerve pain and it has never returned. I do go in for monthly "tune-ups", or more often if needed after too much gardening, and can count on Dr. Lily to identify and correct any minor issues I may have. Dr. Lily is the doctor that showed me how good chiropractic care is for our entire body and I would recommend her to my family, friends or anyone reading this review.

I have received chiropractic care for more than 20 years due to neck pain. However, when Dr. Lily Nguyen started treating me she analyzed my posture and showed me that the way I was sitting, standing and walking were all contributing to my chronic neck pain and the hump on my back. In addition to chiropractic care she has given me exercises and stretching techniques to help reduce my discomfort by strengthening and straightening my posture.
