My second appointment was centered around spinal decompression and after that visit, I have nearly 100% of my mobility back again. I love Disc Centers of America, Carmichael because when I came to Dr Nguyen I could barely walk. I am an active person and I hurt my in December 2021, I had 2 bulging disk and the doctors just wanted me to be on medication and do PT. It was not helping. I had severe nerve pain going down my left leg into my knee pit and my foot would go numb constantly. Since seeing Dr Nguyen and doing spinal decompression, I am on zero medication and I am back to my regular program modified due to building my strength up and still healing. I’m not done but I’m 80% better and getting better by the day! TY!
