I’ve had better cleaning before from your services. This was so so cleaning this time I think it’s because when you have three people come to get everything done in the space of one hour they are in a hurry to get everything done out of here so they overlook things and don’t do as good of a job as I’ve seen in the past. I had considered calling about an hour after they left when I is noticed. Instead I was cleaning up because I was expecting some guests.

I have used Dial-A-Maid for many years and they consistently provide super excellent service.

We have 3 cats, a dogs, and 2 kids. It’s a mess! We only get our house cleaned once a month and it’s a treat. We are home during the cleaning due to our dog so we talk to the cleaners. They are friendly and we have a system down. I go upstairs when they are down and vice versa. They always are kind to my kids and do a consistent job. The house is not spotless but for 2 hours with 2 people it’s what I would expect and find with that. We are the first house in the morning so they are sometimes late bc some of the cleaners take the bus to work. I can relate and this isn’t an issue for us. The customer service has been great. The man who answers the phone sounds like Barry White so I’m sure that helps! I get email reminders of upcoming service and I can easily email requesting a change if I’m going out of town.
