I was really happy with the response. Time from the time I Called Deer Valley Plumbing. Zane was great. He explained everything to me in full when he came out. End I was blessed Zane and his crew was able to start the next day. They have the job completed in 2 days. Really happy have no problem recommending them to anyone.

After calling other, more expensive, plumbers, I called Deer Valley. The technician was prompt and thorough and made just one, quick, check to illiminate the worst case scenario. (Which, up till then, was what other plumbers left me thinking) Great job and problem solved much more inexpensively.

I am extremely happy with my plumber Mark from Dear Valley Plumbing. Received a txt message that my plumber Mark was on his way plus a picture of Mark to verify who he was. Mark arrived at my home and was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Mark had my plumbing problem fixed in no time. I will recommend Deer Valley Plumbing to my friends, family and neighbors.

Highly recommend! Gloria, Eric, Austin and Max are amazing! They located my buried sewer clean outs putting up a fight to do so! They made a frustrating experience funny and did a great job! Deer Valley put the plumbing in our house 20 years ago as a new build. They've been there for us ever since. The office staff is kind and professional. The service technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. They never try to up charge you!

The owner Joe went above and beyond on a Saturday afternoon to correct my plumbing emergency at my business.

He helped me figure out what was happening and fixed it fast. He was patient and kind and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He also answered my other questions.without being condescending to a female. Even the office staff was very helpful and friendly. Communication with me was excellent. Best experience ever with house issues! I would recommend them to anyone. 😊

A. O. Smith water heater control box/thermostat died on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. AO Smith Co. recommended deer valley as installer. I called them about replacing the control.

The office staff worked me into the afternoon schedule. Joe sent me a text telling me when he would arrive and photo ID to identify him.

He arrived on time. He went right to work and changed out the control box. He finished the job in about a half hour. He completely cleaned up the work site. He was pleasant and congenial and put up with all my questions.

The fee was fair and reasonable. We had hot water for Thanksgiving, enough said.

I was impressed with whole response! Office and tech were spot on. I would use them again for sure.
