I initially called for a quote and spoke with Gloria (i believe her name was) who was very helpful. She was able to give me a quick quote that was $800 less than another company. Along with that she was able to send someone out immediately who performed the work. Michael R. and his colleague (I did not catch his name) were very friendly, professional and informative. They got the work done and confirmed they fixed the issue with me present. I am very satisfied and glad i chose Deer Valley Plumbing. I will use them again in the future.

I can't say enough about what a great company Deer Valley Plumbing is. My water heater failed while it was still under warranty, and I needed a new one installed, but because I have a direct vent water heater, the company that my home warranty sent out told me I needed to pay $1000 out of pocket for modifications that were needed to install the new water heater. They wouldn't listen to me when I told them I paid several hundred dollars to make those modifications when I had the previous water heater installed 4 years earlier. Then two other plumbing companies agreed that I had to make the modifications and pay for extra parts. Thankfully, a rep at the supply company told me to call Deer Valley Plumbing, and I am so happy I did. They were able to determine from photographs that I did not need the modifications, and they quoted me a price that was half of what the other companies had...

I have used Deer Valley for several jobs around the house. With a home nearly 30 years old, there are many water supply lines that were getting old. I work in the insurance claims industry and know that being a responsible home owner/insured requires replacement of old lines from time to time.

Deer Valley has replaced toilet supply lines and valves , washing machine valves and inspected refrigerator and dishwasher lines. They’re great

I had an outdoor leak from the pipes coming out of the house. I hired someone I found online and he had to come back 5 times and the pipes were still leaking. I called Deer Valley Plumbing, they were very friendly, professional. AJ walked me through what he had to do. Apparently my PSI was about 100 and it shouldn’t be any higher than 70. The pressure was so high it was causing my irrigation pipes to burst and have leaks and my water bill was more than doubling in size. I’m happy to say I just got my new water bill and it’s back to normal and I’ve had no more leaks. Thank you Deer Valley Plumbing!!!

Did an excellent job on installing 3 new bathroom faucets, as well as locating and repairing a pin-hole leak in a wall. Excellent service and clean-up. Will call them when my next plumbing issue arises.

We needed a plumber right away at our house. Don Jr. came within minutes of us calling. He was awesome! He was quick, professional, and friendly. He was informative, explaining which tool was best to use going forward, and letting us know about a potential issue that we need to address very soon before it gets worse without trying to pressure us into spending more money. I would definitely use them again, especially Don Jr., and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber!

I needed a new water heater so I called 5 different companies and Deer Valley Plumbing was the only company that gave me a quote over the phone and do same day service. They arrived fairly quickly and their service tech (Joseph) was very friendly and professional!
