The service was great they did excellent job in taking out and replacing new hot water heater! They gave window of time and gave courtesy text when on way! The picture of technician was very much appreciated!

Jared was extremely reliable, an excellent communicator and he knew his stuff. I received three quotes for the same price but ended up choosing this company because of their excellent technical knowledge and their excellent communication skills.

I should also add - they "get it". They know how to properly walk on a roof (though he was able to avoid this) to install the vent.

All brass plumbing with beautiful square corners, retention straps and nice 90 degree angles everywhere. A very professional looking install. Also they were very well aware of the need for the neutralizer on the effluent that keeps the concrete from degrading over time. The other two companies had no idea what a neutralizer was, and they use ugly pex and have no idea what a square corner looked like.

We had a major service line leak just inside the meter. Carefree water came out in 15 mins and shut off the water (nice work by them). We called three plumbers at 1830 to see who would be able to fix the burst pipe. Short version, we were without water overnight. Two plumbers showed up the next morning; one at 0700 and one at 0900 (Deer Valley). The service manager Mike was very responsive and explained what he believed was necessary and provided options. Service technician (Jarred) was onsite at 0900. We discussed options and had estimates by 1000. They were slightly less money than the other plumber, and I liked the service attitude (we’ll get this done today). I liked the solution we ended up with (clean and less invasive).
